Mint Chip Ice Cream for the 4th of July
After a day of BBQ and celebration Mint Chip Ice Cream is a great way to top off our Independence Day.
I used the basic ice cream recipe from Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at Home and then I added in 2 tablespoons of peppermint extract and 1/2 cup of chopped dark mint chocolate.
