Happy 4th of July. It was a great day of enjoying time with family and friends.
I made a simple Chocolate Ice Cream to celebrate the day.
Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
2 cups of heavy cream
6 tsp of cocoa powder
6 oz of semi sweet chocolate
4 egg yolk
pinch of salt
Nothing like some straight up chocolate ice cream! What's not to love!
